Everything was great, fantastic service, UNBEATABLE location close enough to istiklal, major sights and galata tower-shopping malls/ stores. There were cozy, impeccable rooms with comfortable bed, the bedroom. Fairly clean and fabulous hotel in Taksim district.

The hotel is conveniently located just steps away from the main shopping street and major attractions. The GAP store across from the hotel is a plus. The interior design is impressive. Staff is friendly and helpful.
The soundproofing in the rooms could have been better.

We had an incredible stay here! The hotel's location was perfect for our needs, as it was close to Taksim Square and all the exciting nightlife this area has to offer. The room amenities were fantastic, including ironing facilities, a mini-bar, and an in-room safe. We especially enjoyed the comfy sitting area and outdoor dining options. The staff was amazing and took care of our every need, from room service to helpful advice on local attractions. We also loved the leisure facilities, including a turkish bath and sauna, which helped us unwind after a long day of exploring.
In conclusion, this place was ideal for our trip, with its fantastic location, superb amenities, and wonderful staff. We will definitely be returning here next time we visit the area!

The hotel had a great location near the popular shopping avenue. The staff were super helpful and pleasant, even during our late check-in. The beds were comfortable and the rainfall shower was delightful. The hotel felt safe as there was a police station nearby. The wifi was consistent throughout our stay.

The location was great, as the hotel was just off the main shopping street and near Taksim Square. It was close to everything, and we didn't have to worry about transportation. The hotel facilities were excellent, and our room was clean and spacious. Plus, the staff were amazing! They spoke great English and were always ready to help. The breakfast was limited, but it was good enough.
Not one thing was disappointing about this hotel!
